Shun Hing Electronic Trading Co Ltd (SHET), a subsidiary of Shun Hing Group with 250 employees, is one of the largest electrical appliance agents in Hong Kong.

Shun Hing Hong, the origin of SHET, was established by Dr William Mong Man-wai in 1953. It is the sole agent for Panasonic brand products in Hong Kong and Macau manufactured by Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. (now known as Panasonic Corporation). These include rice cookers, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, air-conditioners, electric fans, vacuum cleaners, water purifiers, massage loungers, televisions, digital movie cameras, digital still cameras, DVD players, Blu-ray players, hi-fi systems, portable DVD players, portable Blu-ray players and car audio players… etc. Apart from satisfying the needs of consumers, SHET also serves large consortia and corporations by supplying and installing Panasonic brand products in hotels, government departments, industrial/commercial institutions and housing estates throughout Hong Kong.

SHET is committed to its mission of working in pursuit of quality and excellence to develop a corporate culture based on continual improvement as well as offering efficient and professional service to meet the needs of the market in Hong Kong and Macau for electronic products and electrical appliances.

Since 1993, SHET had been maintaining a Quality Management System certified to ISO9002. The system was then upgraded to comply with ISO9001:2000 requirements in 2002. In pursuit of continuous improvement and with increasing sense of environmental protection, SHET has determined to capitalize on the existing infrastructure to also incorporate the requirements of ISO14001 Environmental Management System, making the total system to be known as Integrated Management System for implementation in May 2008.

To better serve its customers, SHET places heavy emphasis on promotion and after sales service. A number of Panasonic showrooms and retail outlets have been established in different parts of the territory. These are Ninki Denki at iSQUARE in Tsim Sha Tsui and Citywalk in Tsuen Wan, Sogo Showroom at Sogo Department Store in Causeway Bay as well as NEOC Showroom at New East Ocean Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui East. Pioneering a brand new concept in specialty store, SHET first introduced Panashop in 1986. Today, Panashops are distributed all over Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. All Panashops and the five repair service stations in Hong Kong and Macau offer repair and warranty services for Panasonic brand products.
